1. Our commitment

Bobboi Natural Gelato is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to browse our flavors, find our stores, place an order, and get in touch with us — regardless of ability or the technology they use.

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the recognized international standard for making web content accessible, and they are the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act.

2. What we are doing

We have carried out a review of https://www.bobboi.com against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and are working through the issues it identified. Our ongoing work includes:

Providing meaningful text alternatives for images, so that people using screen readers understand what each image shows.

Using proper heading structure on our pages, so that screen reader users can navigate by section rather than reading every page from top to bottom.

Making sure the site can be operated using a keyboard alone, without a mouse.

Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background.

Labeling form fields clearly so that assistive technology can announce what each field is for.

Reviewing new pages and content for accessibility before we publish them.

3. Known limitations

We want to be straightforward about where we currently fall short. As of the date above, we are aware of the following:

Our website is built on the Wix platform. Some elements generated by Wix — including certain search fields within the FAQ component and some background image descriptions — cannot be fully customized by us. We have raised these with the platform provider and will apply improvements as they become available.

Some third-party content embedded in our site, such as social media feeds and mapping tools, is controlled by those providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We are continuing to review older pages and images published before our current standards were adopted.

We are actively working on these items and will update this page as they are resolved.
